The Echo of Origins

Some journeys change where you’re going.

Others change the way you see.

For me, that journey was the Appalachian Trail.

For three months, I carried everything I needed on my back and walked through rain and mud, snow and ice, gusts and gales, endless forests, and rugged mountains. The trail stripped life down to its essentials and, in the process, uncovered parts of me that had been buried beneath years of fear, grief, and baggage.

When I came home, the hiking was over, but the journey wasn’t.

I noticed the mist rolling over the mountains outside my own window. I found peace in the sound of wind moving through the leaves. I realized how little I truly needed to feel at home. The world hadn’t changed.

I had.

Echo Charlie grew out of that transformation.

These songs are field notes from the road home. Some are rooted in the trail, others in grief, hope, love, healing, and the quiet moments that shape us without asking for recognition. They’re reminders that extraordinary lives are often built from ordinary moments noticed deeply.

If you’ve ever felt lost, carried too much, or searched for your way back to yourself, I hope you’ll find a piece of your own story here.

Welcome.

I’m glad our paths crossed.

Echo Charlie       XOXO
